  Bighorn Sheep also called Rams for the males and Ewes for the females.  Bighorn Sheep have a furry light-brown coat, there is often a white patch on the rump and muzzle. Bighorn sheep are about 32 to 40" tall at the shoulder and are 50 to 62" long including the tail. Bighorn Sheep have curving horns that are light brown and they continue to grow throughout the sheep's lifetime and do not drop off. Both Rams and Ewes have horns, but Rams have much bigger horns. Bighorn Sheep weigh between 115-280 lbs.
